Every moment considered.
Every transition felt.

Before the wedding weekend, we review each event with the couple and planner, from the baraat route and family performance schedule to ceremony cues, venue sound limits, and reception priorities. That preparation helps every speech and ritual receive the attention it deserves, keeps handoffs on time, and lets the celebration move naturally from tradition to a full dance floor.

01

The Baraat

We plan the procession route, arrival timing, power needs, and handoff with the venue before the first beat plays. A mobile sound system, coordinated dhol players, and carefully paced music keep the energy moving while giving the groom, family, and guests room to enjoy the moment.

  • Mobile sound system
  • Dhol coordination
  • Processional programming
02

The Sangeet

We coordinate with the planner so every family performance, entrance, speech, and dance fits naturally into the evening’s schedule. Once the formal program ends, we shift smoothly into an open format dance floor while keeping the sound, lighting, and energy balanced for the room.

  • Performance coordination
  • Rehearsal support
  • Open format after party
03

The Ceremony

Ceremony audio should be clear without drawing attention to the equipment. We coordinate officiant, family, and processional cues, position wireless microphones carefully, and keep backup options ready so vows, readings, and rituals are heard without interruption.

  • Wireless microphones
  • Ceremony cues
  • Technical redundancy
04

The Reception

Before the wedding, we learn the couple’s priorities, important family songs, and anything that should not be played. During the reception, we read the room in real time and connect Bollywood, Bhangra, hip hop, house, Latin, Afrobeat, and familiar classics without leaving any generation behind.

  • Cultural music consultation
  • Live crowd reading
  • Lighting and production
The best fusion celebrations never choose between cultures. They create a new one for the night.
