Before the wedding weekend, we review each event with the couple and planner, from the baraat route and family performance schedule to ceremony cues, venue sound limits, and reception priorities. That preparation helps every speech and ritual receive the attention it deserves, keeps handoffs on time, and lets the celebration move naturally from tradition to a full dance floor.
We plan the procession route, arrival timing, power needs, and handoff with the venue before the first beat plays. A mobile sound system, coordinated dhol players, and carefully paced music keep the energy moving while giving the groom, family, and guests room to enjoy the moment.
